I don't know much about luvox but whenever i stopped an ssri I would sometimes get these weird "brain shocks" & other weird head rushes or feelings during the withdrawl.
From what i've read there is no long term bodily harm in taking benzos for even 60 years if you need them. Klonopin is good for offsetting the side effects that SSRIs often cause like insomnia (doesn't help with the sexual side effects though).
Do you have insomnia or any other side effects from the Celexa? I used to take Celexa 20, then 40 mg (the standard effective dose) & had no side effects until the doctor took me off the Klonopin- then I couldn't sleep at night. If thats the case just tell your doctor the Klonopin offsets the Celexa side effects.
If you just want to stop taking the Klonopin or have to for whatever reason, it is best to reduce your dose by 30% each week in order to avoid rebound anxiety or withdrawl. Since you are taking 1 mg you will probably have to buy a pill splitter and split the klonopin into .25 mg slices. Take .75 mg the 1st week, .5 mg the 2nd, .25 the 3rd, and none the 4th.
