I hope Lexapro is avail. in June like Bill said. I am a citalopram responder, but dose-limited due to side effects. The Lilly drug is duloxetine. It is suppoed to be similar to Effexor, but with much less tendency to raise blood pressure. The earliest I heard that one could be available here would be December or very early 2003.
