Hi Ron,I buy it at Randall's grocery store in Austin, Tx.
I've seen it on the net too.I recently investigated the ingredients to see
what I was putting in my body. This stuff was
powerful enough to knock me out while reducing
Klonopin dosage. Worked better for me than Remeron,
benadryl, booze, etc.it has 2 main ingredients:
hyoscyamus niger: which has a little atropine,
scopolamine, and hyoscyomine (naturally occuring alkoloids)ignatia amara: folk remody for moodiness/grief.
not sure on mode of action.this stuff is strong. claims to be safe to take
with other meds, but I frankly would be leary.
My pdoc would have a heart attack if he new I
was taking it, but I was using every cheat I
could find to taper Klonopin (quit 5 mg in 6
weeks).Apparently tribal indians use some of this to
tranquilize themselves in the bushes to remain
still while hunting game or some crud like that.-John
