The dose just above the dose that works is the dose
that is too high for a teenager with anxiety. ;)

In all seriousness, the dose that works is a very individual
and can depend on individual physical characteristics.
Usually one would like to titrate the dose up slow enough
to avoid side effects, but quick enough to help insure
a speedy recovery.

50-200 mg is typical for Zoloft. being at 150 mg is fine if
it is what works for you. Sometimes for anxiety doctors like
to start at a lower dose (say 50 mg) until the patient feels
comfortable with the med and then maybe start to be more
aggressive pushing the dose up.

Is there something about the medicine that you don't like?
