Zoloft switch to Prozac schedule question?

I’m running out of Zoloft and don’t see my new Doc till mid March. I have plenty of Prozac around from previous scripts and want to go back on it again anyway. Any info on how to implement the switch over? I’m going from 150mg Zoloft back to 30 mg Prozac. What should I do so the one kicks in about when the other quits? Should I start taking Prozac a few days before quitting the Zoloft or what?
