> Taking the wb at night is a great idea. I'm on 300 mg/day and just started dexedrine spansules. I still struggle to get up in the mornings although I seem to sleep OK. I have never found the wb to be particularly stimulating so I don't think it would keep me up. My pdoc just started me on the dex two weeks ago and we're titrating up so I'm currently only on 20 mg/day and can't even tell that I'm taking it. Do you take one in the morning and the second before bed?
I am on just a tiny dose of WB in the morning only. I've got bipolar and I am super sensitive to antidepressants. The highest I have taken is 150mg (50mg 3x daily) during a seasonal major bipolar depression. Adderall worked better than WB for the same problem but made me too uptight. I wish I could tolerate it-I made tremendous improvements in my ability to listen and focus.Mitch
