Then the plastic capsule inside, takes on water as it travels through your gut and via a tiny diaphram it dispenses Ritalin throughout the day. It even boosts the dosage up a bit for the afternoon hours. You eliminate it in the regular way and you'll never be aware of doing so. I find it isn't speedy or as prone to crash as the norm, or even SR. It comes in several doses, something like 18mg, 36 and 52. I can't remember for certain. It works well for me.
