Yes its actually a little device as big as a tic-tac. It is coated with regular Ritalin on the outside. When you swallow it, that coating is desolved radiply, giving you an initial dose. Then the plastic capsule inside, takes on water as it travels through your gut and via a tiny diaphram it dispenses Ritalin throughout the day. It even boosts the dosage up a bit for the afternoon hours. You eliminate it in the regular way and you'll never be aware of doing so. I find it isn't speedy or as prone to crash as the norm, or even SR. It comes in several doses, something like 18mg, 36 and 52. I can't remember for certain. It works well for me.
