Excersise/Adderall safety

Am I going to have a stroke if I go running while on my Adderall? I was already getting severe excersise migraines when I'd excersise, but Imatrex made me sick. Is there a connection? Am I going to bust a vessle up there? I need to get off the couch and into the gym, but not if it's going to turn me into Kirk Douglas.
