I took 300mg Effexor for about 1 year and then it pooped out... Withdrawal was AWFUL.

> High dose Effexor is your best bet for TRD. The only things more effective than high dose Effexor are MAOIs and ECT. You can go higher than the legal PDR max of 375 mg, its done all the time. Providing your blood pressure can tolerate that high a dose.
