For me, yohimbine increases anxiety and nausea to high levels even at such low dosages as 2mg/day. It also has the unfortunate side effect of causing my heart rate to shoot through the roof at the slightest provocation (not good for workouts or if you are active throughout the day). As far as I understand, yohimbine and remeron are neither supposed to increase libido per se, rather, they cause more vasodilation, thus leading to easier and more frequent erections. Yohimbine at those low dosages also causes excessive saliva production, at times I've felt like I was drowning in my saliva. But if yohimbine works for you, then by all means, use it! On a final note, I've noticed that yohimbine at higher dosages seems to have a similar effect to yohimbine at low dosages, leading me to believe it is a partial antagonist, thus at low dosages it will increase norepinephrine greatly, while at high dosages it's effects may be more similar to norepinephrine on the receptors and perhaps it is less bothersome than the lower dosages. Not sure...I'll have to experiment more to find out.
