when to restart lamictal after itch

hi,
i was upto lamictal at 75 mg and then after 3 days silly me took 100 mg.
immediately in 1 hour i got a dreadful itch.
the itch went away 32 hours after the last dose and it has been 10 days since i took lamictal.
when did you take lamictal after stopping after the itch/rash came ?
