DaveHey Dave,
I was taking imovane for a month for mild insomnia. My doctor gave me a month supply at 7.5mg (also comes in 5 mg). It was helpful at first but too potent at 7.5mg, so i took it in halves. Until it didn't work as well so i upped it to 7.5 mg. I became dependent on it to fall asleep... the insomnia became worse than it was ever before. If i didn't take one i couldn't sleep. So i forced myself to stop taking it. For three nights i would awake covered in cold sweat. Not fun to say the least. I also found i was considerably more depressed when on it, not to mention the taste. If for some reason you can get your hands on it, please be careful, as my friend has also been experiencing the same problems. The last thing you want is to be hooked on sleeping pills.Take care
