> MaryDear Mary,
I am not doing very well at all. The music has gotten alot better, but now, I can't sleep. I am going to bed at 11:30 p.m. and waking at about 3:00 a.m. This wouldn't be SO bad if I didn't wake up like 2-3 times in that period of time.Everday it is a struggle. I am so tired all day! My neighbor ( whom I am very close to ), was just admitted into the hospital and dx'd with cancer of the lungs and adrenal glands, so I know that is adding to my depression. I am trying very hard to be there for his wife ( whom I am also very close to ),but it is so hard because I am so tired. It took me 4 days to put their Christmas tree up for them! That's just not like me, I usually am pretty much on top of things. I don't know if this is still withdrawal from the Zoloft, or my depression worsening again. Do you know how long the insomnia can last from withdrawal? I'm not sure. Since I react SO negatively to drugs, I'm really afraid to take anything else, natural or otherwise, but I am really suffering. My doctor wanted me to try some Melatonin, but I'm even afraid of that! What to do! Some days, I really just want to give up, but I love my family so much, that that's what keeps me going. Christmas is so close and financially, we're broke so I haven't even shopped. This is also causing me alot of grief. Anyway, enough about me , how are you doing? I hope you are feeling better! Let me know. Sorry it took me so long to get back to you, we were out of town and then our internet service was down for almost a week! THAT was really horrible at 3:00 a.m.! Take care and God bless'
Petey
