Try calling Shore Pharmacy in Montreal. It's not online as far as I know, but may be now. I once had to do what you're doing in reverse, that is, go through U.S. Customs to have a Canadian medication sent by Shore to me in the U.S. (My doctor had to send a statement to them. I believe the procedure is described elsewhere in this Web site.)
The Shore pharmacists will probably know, or have some ideas; they were always very helpful.
The last number I have for them is (514) 844-1989.
Or, ask Canadian Customs to disclose U.S. pharmacies they've dealt with?
