maybe not taking my moclobemide doses today is having some positive effect. i flushed the med down the toilet. hopefully i will be significantly better in the next few days.yes i have tried sam-e before. first time i took it i thought for sure it helped but it could have been a coincidence. second and 3rd time i wasn't sure it had any effect. and i cant get any more since i live in canada and parents not willing to order any more.
