Hi Sal.
What is the sublingual like? Is it a tablet of some sort? Is it supposed to be better than the bite-and-swallow method some people employ (gel-caps). I've always carried a gel-cap around with me. I had thought to bite it open and swirl it around sublingually and buccally. For all I know, it might not have done a thing.
