Thanks for the feedback everyone. There is probably no clear cut answer to the questions I've posed. What I have found in the last couple of days is that I have been getting fabulous, unbroken, long term sleep. I've been used to getting about 3-4hrs/night for years. I've not had any problems with my speech since the improvement in sleep. There is little question in my mind now that the Zyprexa has started to do what the neuro wanted it to do. Reduce the anxiety and improve my sleep. It just didn't work as quickly as I thought it would on the sleep. I never dreamed that an atypical anti-psychotic would end up being a drug that would work for these problems. I thought it would turn me into a zombie. It hasn't done that at all. I wake up feeling refreshed. Funky stuff, this Zyprexa. I guess I will have to start working on my smile now. It's been gone a long time.
