SAL - re caf pills, cream 'n sugar!

Hi Sal - I'm "scared" of those caffeine pill like NoDoz or the generic versions; plus I feel like I'm taking "enough" pills between my med "cocktail" and my vitamins!
As for cream and sugar, well I only use a bit of cream and NO sugar in my coffee (luckily I happen to NOT like sugar; don't use it on anything, especially not in coffee, which incidentally, I happen to enjoy!!) Thanks,
