Wellbutrin and muscles?

I've just been prescribed Wellbutrin for depression and SAD. A year or so ago I took GHB to treat my issues, and it worked pretty well. I also managed to lose weight and put on muscle with little effort on my part. Since GHB is involved with dopamine reuptake inhibition, do all dopaminic meds have this property?
