Get a GOOD endocrine evaluation first. Some of your symptoms sound like they could be hormonal, including possibly hypothyroidism, which can be brought on or exacerbated by stress. Routine testing by most doctors often doesn't detect thyroid problems, though. That is why you migh want to see a specialist. There you will find lots of links to info, including what tests to get, how to interpret tests, etc. etc.
