I have lost 4 lbs in 10 days on Topamax with no significant change in appetite. Have you experienced a significant change in appetite since you have been on Topamax? I can't figure out how this stuff works. I have been trying to lost my "med weight" now for over a year.

I also wonder whether the weight loss result is dose dependent.
