On an effexor/alcohol rage I punched a mirror and fux0red my hand up... (Still sore, weeks later). Earlier that eve, I kicked a plateglass door... Lotsa fun... I still drink, but now I'm much more carefull to keep an eye on myself...
Why do I still drink? I dont know; I like having fun... and I do aim to get mentally better... I dont think of my drinking as a pathology that needs to be cured...
