Mr Scott,I have tried all 3 of the meds that you mentioned. Unfortunately, virtually every AD with the exception of MAOIs causes unbearable hyperanxiety when I reach a therapeutic dose. I experienced the same result with these 3 meds. I do want to say that after 3 days on Remeron, I woke up with my brain and thought processes the clearest they have been in recent memory. Unfortunately, the hyperanxiety started after I had been awake for about 2 hours. Consequently, I went back on Parnate. Notwithstanding my lack of tolerance, I would start with Remeron if I were you.
