Just like the rest of them, Wellbutrin may take 4-6 weeks to feel an antidepressant effect. But you may feel the stimulating effect of it earlier.
> I first went on Celexa 20mg two years ago. It pooped out after a year and was switched to Effexor 75mg. Both with positive results. Effexor has now pooped out and was swicthed to Wellbutrin 150mg. My question....I started taking Wellbutrin (three days ago) without tappering off Effexor. It seems to have eliminated the brain wooshing and all other side effects, but hasn't really kicked in. Is it because the Effexor is still in my system?? When can I start to feel the effects of Wellbutrin. So far...no side effects and no improvment.
