Been tapering off paxil ( with nothing else ) for abouut 1.5 weeks down to 10mg. now from 20mg. I'm sooooooooooooooooooooo dizzy all day. I'm concerned I may faint @ times. Head aches. High pitch noises in my head. Blurred vision. nauseated @ times. Sweaty(the list goes on). More worried about dizziness & vision. My memory is still S.N.A.F.U. any one have a time frame on how long the effects lasted?
