I responded to the shimmer more as an annoyance, as it seems to make me feel a bit 'sea-sick' and to counteract the movement, my foot would start tapping which seemed to help stave off the feelings......... my husband said the same thing after working on it for a while......he is not on any meds....and I finished about 8 weeks ago. The funny thing is that my husband, whenever we drive through the major tunnel in our City, he can't handle the lights on the roof of the tunnel....as they flick over head as we pass under them... !!thanks for that.......I think you have cleared it up !
