Anybody tried augmentation with pergolide (PERMAX)

Has anyone tried augmenting their antidepressant with the dopaminergic drug pergolide (Permax). Was it helpful? In what way? At what dose? And, last, what antidepressant were you augmenting? Grateful for any info!
