Adderall and nausea

I've been on Adderall (10mg am/10mg lunch/5mg pm)and I get nausea (tightness in back of throat/lower jaw like before you throw up)quite often. I've been taking it for about a month now and thought this was over. Any help/advice appreciated.

BTW: Adderall good effects have been incredible! Sharper, better memory, more mentally "present", excited about life. I hope these side effects go away.
