My friend who is on Prozac, terazadone and one of those patches for menopause lost hair too. My friends and I had thought it was because she also became obessesed with weight loss and lost alot of weight in a very short time. She didn't exercise, did more of a 'starvation' thing. She has been putting a bit of weight back on in the last six months(she says it's due to stress, and is very upset about it..we are all overjoyed as she looks much healthier!) and her hair seems to have started to come back a little bit...sooo..I guess this doesn't really answer your question...but I just thought I would add this.
