It's an anticonvulsant that is a metabolic precursor to phenobarbitol. Phenobarbitol can make depression worse. Please be careful, ok?

What're you supposed to be taking it for, anyway? I've never heard of primidone being used for bipolar disorder (although barbiturates may have been used like 50 years ago!).
