I've never gained weight on Prozac, Paxil, or Paxil/Wellbutrin combo. I've been using these for 2 years or so. A friend of mine has been using Prozac for 4-5 years and has not gained weight.
On the other hand, I carefully monitor my weight, and immediately cut back if I go over my "max"... and just get used to hunger pangs until I drift back down to "normal." Maybe weight gain prevention just takes some extra care. You can't gain weight if you don't eat more than you need!
