I don't see any reason to believe that another SSRI will work well for you, considering that 3 of them have been largely ineffective. The Harvard Depression Algorithym suggests a trial of venlafaxine in these circumstances, and I agree: http://www.mhc.com/Algorithms/Depression/index.htm
