Cindy,If you want to give Manerix a go, you can have your physician register with the Great Britain pharmacy www.idis.co.uk. They specialize in international pharmaceutical sales and logistics. If your doctor registers with them and faxes a prescription they will send the medication directly to his/her office (UK law requires the medication shipped to the attending physician). Anyways, you can probably order upto a 3 month supply of 600 mg/day. 300 mg is the recommended dose, but some people go upto 600. Also, if you go to the Canadian web site for Roche Pharmaceuticals you can download the PDR (physicians desk reference) for your doctor to review. I tried Manerix for 2 months at upto 600 mg. It lived up to its claim to fame of having almost no side effects, but unfortunately it did not help me.
Good luck,
John
