In the United States buspirone = BuSpar; paroxetine = Paxil; oxazepam = Serax.

Paxil works for many persons' anxiety disorders rather than sleep {all SSRIs eventually alleviate people's anxiety for that matter}.

I myself took all these medications at one time or another.
