I always had to keep something in my stomach because of what I thought were hunger pains. It turn out that my lower stomache was inflamed. Initially the zantac helped to dull this pain and thus I have learnt to differentiate it from hunger. I take zantac and losec and still eat constantly. I do wonder though if the zantac helps to curb the hunger if there may be a reason for it? Or perhaps it isn't healthy to take it in the sense that it may be disturbing your body's way of telling you to feed it?

Try forcing yourself to eat an apple with some soda crackers when you get the cravings and maybe by the time your done eating them it'll be gone?
