Hi sptx2001,

I take zoloft (another SSRI) and I have hand, foot, and jaw tremors that can be pretty bad sometimes. It is definitely a side effect of the SSRIs. My mother-in-law also takes zoloft and has hand tremors. I have noticed that it does diminish slightly with time, but it is slow.
