Can Serzone be taken with Effexor?

I didn't call my md in time this week to get my effexor and wellbutrin refilled.
I'm taking 225 mg effexor xr and 150 mg wellbutrin. This therapy is just so-so.
Anyway, what would happen if I started taking Serzone, 150 mg, until I get to my doctor to refill my Effexor and Wellbutrin? I've wanted to try Serzone anyway, but when I don't take the Effexor, I get so dizzy and ill. I just wonder if the Serzone is similar enough that it will carry me over until I get my Effexor.
