I would definitely talk with your P-doc about your idea. I'm not sure what that combination would do, maybe Sunnely would know. Sunnely seems to be very knowledgeable about the chemical reactions and absorption issues of certain meds, especially Prozac and Serzone.
What type of side effects are you having with Wellbutrin? I think (from a previous post to me)that Serzone made you really sleepy (I wish I had that side effect cuz I don't think I've really slept in three days!
