Mixing of old meds with new start on Remeron

Hello out there,
I am starting on 15mg Remeron tonight. I am concerned that I will be taking it along with my current med mix. I am taking trazadone,amitryptiline,seroquel and tryptophan all at bedtime. I take ativan during the day for anxiety. Has anyone else started Remeron while still on all old meds?

I am also concerned about weight gain as over the last year I've gained 20 pounds and have been told it is likely the amitryptiline.
