This may be a stupid question, or you may have already addressed this and i missed it, but it sounds like you might be suffering from withdrawl from the effexor, and from the side effects of starting a new med - both at the same time.
Have you considered trying to stop the effexor, and waiting until you have before starting the reboxetine?
Like I said, you've probably already thought of this...
But fwiw, i found that reboxetine made me feel like I had the flu... if you add that to withdrawl from another med, sounds like a receipe for misery...
