My own preference would be to increase by half first, get used to it, then go up again. But that requires a scrip for 37.5 mg capsules. Be prepared, when increasing, to experience some of the initial side effects that you might have when starting the med in the first place.

I think any increase, though, should be under more careful supervision of an MD.
