Mist- caffeine and SAM-e are both activating so they can make you hyper. I don't know about dizziness. SAM-e should be taken atleast 30 minutes (or more) before breakfast. Vitamins should be taken with meals. So take the vitamins with breakfast. If you take the vitamins on an empty stomach, you will not get good absorption into your blood.
I love Trader Joes. I shop there a lot. I didn't know that they sell SAM-e. If you have a wharehouse club near you, like BJ's or Costco, they will have better prices on SAM-e. They generally sell the NatureMade brand.
I have taken SAM-e for over 2 years. I take it with Celexa with good results.
> I decided to try SAM-e which I got from Trader Joe's. It's $16.99 for 20 tabs of 200mg each and comes in a glass bottle, not foil blister pack. (Have heard SAM-e deteriorates rapidly if not sealed so don’t know if a glass bottle that’s opened twice a day is sufficient protection.)

If I take B vitamins on an empty stomach they make me feel sick. I have no problem when I take SAM-e by itself on an empty stomach (which you’re supposed to do).
