For a long while, my pdoc and I had this in mind--to try Adderall instead of Ritalin, because the Ritalin SR was ok, but not doing that much for me. So, when other things were stable--meds, health, etc., I asked to try it, and I knew right away it was better. I felt a difference on that first day: I felt calm, focused, alert.
