Jermy, I haven't heard much on social anxiety relief from Celexa. The med that helped me for that disorder was Paxil. I took Paxil for 2 years and had amazing results. However I am tiring of the side effects and stopping it. Buspar is also the med that I am looking at next. It seems that is more for generalized anxiety though, which I also have. PJ
