Feeling pretty good these days, thanks for asking. I'm off for the weekend too but just going to grandma's house for her 75th birthday. It's fun to see everyone. A little stressful at times but that's what family is like right?
I am sleeping like a log these days. I spent all day last wednesday at the psych hospital because I couldn't stand the way I felt anymore and they changed my med dosage and it worked almost immediately. I fall asleep pretty easily and I feel better than I have in ages. I have also had some really great support which is always helpful. Thank you for yours too Kath. I'm glad you are feeling well too. Like I said, I hope your trek in the wilds of Western Ontario is an enjoyable one.
