> I was having difficulty finding my post. Thank you Dan for pointing out to me the archives which I have now been into and found everyones messages. If a post hasn't got my name on it, I have BIG trouble locating it. Thanks for all the info. I will hang in there for a while and see if these tremors and irritability goes away.
> Scott, I don't feel like I'm crawling out of my skin, I just feel irritable and frustrated, I want to do something so I start something outrageous at the end of the night. That's when it hits me the most.

Hi Kerry - I just wrote a point-by-point reply to you up this page a bit. Thx for your post.
Although I'm a "recovering co-dependent" I'm going to be very co-dependent here!! I'm really concerned that you're going to spend your whole holiday doing stuff & get exhausted & then at the end feel sad etc, etc. There - how's that for being co-dependent? I hope you will do at least 1 special thing a day for yourself; for ONLY yourself - nothing to do with housework or tidying etc. Just 1 thing - something that you would never have time for with your kids home; something that seems a little frivilous (or ALOT frivilous)...Please - for yourself? If you do 1 thing, it might feel so nice & pampered that you might feel sooo good that you'll have broken the starting-gate & do ANOTHER thing. Even if you just do one though, it'll be great. If you need any ideas, please ask me. I'd love it if you're able to do this FOR YOURSELF & then maybe even tell us if you feel like it.

I send you my love & hugs. Kath

If you want to say "please mind yer own business", that's fine with me also" :-)
