It's on the edge of the Okanagan Valley - orchard, lake and dessert country in the middle of Super, Natural B.C. - the most beautiful and mountainous province in Canada.
Town is about 30,000 or so I think, somewhat agricultural, touristy, crunchy-granola economy. Nice ski hill nearby and very nice lake. Approx 300 miles to Vancouver which is the closest major city and the third biggest in Canada.
