That is what they tell you to do to help with incontinence right after child birth, when you have practiically no control over those muscles.

Sara T., I've been doing Kegel's ever since I read that they enhance sexual response. I'm not sure it's a problem with the muscles. It doesn't happen very often; when it does, I don't feel any urge to urinate, I just start "leaking" down my legs! This only seems to happen when I'm taking Serzone. Will check with my pdoc, then will maybe buy stock in Depends!
