Boo - Yes, Seroquel can. I have seen it once, in a person whose minor lower back problems flared dramatically a couple of days after starting Seroquel. Books say it occurs less than 0.5% of the time. I am not sure if it is transient or not. The person who I saw it happen to stop taking the drug and haven't read anywhere if it goes away or not.
