I know it seems unbelievable, but only 100 mg at night. But it really works for me at that low level. In fact, I cannot sleep without it. Somewhat of an addiction I guess, but I figure it is relatively harmless at such a low dose.
I'm also on Tegretol 400 mg (new, and not really working) and Eskalith at 900 mg.
